AMHERST, NH — Danielle Boulanger, 57, of Milford, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2016, on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Boulanger was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Richard Picazio, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Picazio was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for Jan. 4, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Devin Bennett, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Bennett was released on $199 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
