Milford Man Arrested on Gun Charge in Amherst

Plus, Milford man arrested for DWI; others face driving charges.

The following Milford residents were arrested in Amherst recently:

Eugene Gagnon, 35, of Milford, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on April 8, on a charge of driving after suspension. Gagnon was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Nathanial Corbeil, 22, of Milford, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on April 10, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registrations, displaying a false inspection sticker and uninspected motor vehicle. Corbeil was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Marcel E. Simard, 64, of Milford, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on April 11, on charges of DWI and transportation of a controlled drug. Simard was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 30, 2015 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Tyler Justin Cooney, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on May 13, on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor. Cooney was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Gino Olsen, 22, of Milford, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on May 13, on a charge of carrying a loaded handgun w/o a license. Olsen was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 4, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Dennis Dayton, 53, of Milford, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. on May 14, on a charge of driving after suspension. Dayton was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
