Milford Man Charged with Damaging Former Spouse's Car

Merrimack Police arrest Richard Buckman after incident in district court parking lot.

A local man is scheduled to be in Merrimack District Court tomorrow after an incident yesterday in the parking lot of the same court.

Richard Buckman, 49, of Melendy Road in Milford, was arrested on July 21, 2015, and charged with domestic related criminal mischief.

Police took out a warrant against Buckman after he allegedly damaged his ex-spouse’s vehicle in the court parking lot. An officer received a complaint about the damage and then investigated the incident. Both Buckman and his ex-spouse attended a court hearing on the day in question, according to police. 

Buckman was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on July 23.
