Milford Man Charged With Gross Lewdness At Elm Street Rite Aid
Employee told police Kenneth Sabatell touched his genital area in store on same day he was accused of trespassing at Boys & Girls Club.

MILFORD, NH — A Milford man has been charged with indecent exposure/lewd conduct and criminal trespassing after police said he was seeing touching his genital area at the Rite Aid on Elm Street and refused to stay away from the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley in Milford. Milford Capt. Shawn Pelletier said late Wednesday afternoon that Kenneth Sabatell remains held at the Valley Street jail following the incidents last Thursday.
The Amherst Police Department posted on its Facebook page that it is also investigating suspicious activity involving Sabatell at the Walmart on Route 101 in that town last Thursday.
Pelletier said Rite Aid employees reported to police that Sabatell they were concerned with some of his physical actions inside of the store and that an employee saw him touch his genital area. Pelletier said he was arrested after an investigation of the complaint. On the same day, police received a report that he was hanging around the Boys & Girls Club and returned to the club after he had been told to leave the property.

Pelletier said police have had contact with Sabatell within the past year. Police records show he was arrested on a criminal trespassing charge last September and on a charge of violation of a restraining order and breach of bail last October.
A post announcing the recent arrests on the Milford Police Facebook page received 165 comments as of Wednesday afternoon with several commenters posting that they saw Sabatell acting suspiciously in the Walmart in the women's, toys and sporting goods departments.
