Milford Men Indicted on Heroin Possession

A Hillsborough County jury formalized the charges in indictments released Nov. 30.

The following are indictments from a Hillsborough County Superior Court jury released Nov. 30. An indictment is not a conviction, but a formal charge of the alleged offense.

  • Ryan Schroeder, 18, with a last known address of 95 Powers St., apartment 199, Milford, on or about Sept. 16 in Milford, did knowingly commit possession of a narcotic drug, a quantity of heroin. A second count alleges that Schroeder, on or about Sept. 23 in Merrimack, also possessed .12 grams of heroin in a plastic bag.
  • Matthew G. Williams, 24, of 504 Nashua St., #303, Milford, on or about July 28, did knowingly commit burglary by unlawfully breaking into a residence building at 241 North River Road with the intent to commit theft, according to the indictment. 

In separate indictments, Williams allegedly was in possession of a quantity of heroin and he allegedly stole a .380 firearm from a vehicle in the Lake Potanipo parking area in Brookline by smashing a window and removing the gun.
