Milford Parents and Teachers to Stand Up to the Anti-Maskers

Milford parents, community members, and other concerned voters are organizing a sick-out protest starting Wednesday, December 15th. This sick-out will be protesting the Milford School District's lack of a mask mandate. We are urging all parents to call their kids out from the Milford School District starting Wednesday and demand that the school board implement a mask mandate. We are urging all Milford teachers and staff to call out sick too to protest the lack of a mask mandate in the district. Please keep calling out sick until the School Board changes their minds and implements a mask mandate (hopefully at their Monday, December 20th meeting). COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are skyrocketing. To respect our first responders, nurses and medical staff, we must do all we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
If you are a Milford teacher or staff-member, please call out sick on Wednesday and demand a mask mandate. Likewise, if you are a Milford parent with a child in the school district, please call them out sick and do the same. Enough is enough.
