Planning Board Public Hearing on CIP, New Business

The Milford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 2013-2018 Capital Improvements Plan when it meets Tuesday night.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 at Town Hall.

Other items on the board agenda (which is attached above) include:

• Minor sit plan for change of use from residential to office in the Residence "A" District, for Dudley Family Trust/ Professional Offices at 388 Nashua St.

• Public hearing for subdivision creating two new residential lots, for applicant Brenda L. Danforth on Young Road.

• Hearing for lot line revision and subdivision creating one new residential lot, for Buchanan Construction Corp./Carole M. Colburn Revocable Trust, Nye Drive and Osgood Road.

• Under old business, there is an application for proposed retail at the corner of West Street and Elm Street, and the continued discussion for the proposed senior housing development, by Ducal Development LLC, at North River Road and Mont Vernon Road.
