Nashua Man Arrested for Trespassing, Vandalism

The following are arrests made by the Milford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Shayne D. Hardwick, 42, 207 Union Square, Apt. 2, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Dec. 3. He has a Jan. 2 court date on the charge.
• Christina A. Colburn, 33, 21 Perham Corner Road, Lyndeborough, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Dec. 3 and had a court date Dec. 4 on the allegations.
• Kimberly Marie Tello, 42, of 6 Orange St., Milford, arrested Dec. 3 on a bench warrant for alleged traffic offenses. She is due in court Jan. 2.
• Michael Stephan Roberge, 36, of 26 Auburn, Apt. A, Nashua, charged with criminal trespassing, three counts of violation or contempt of protective order, vandalism and theft Dec. 4. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17 to answer to the charges.
• Kenneth Mark Martel, 33, of 104 Amherst St., Milford, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug, reckless conduct, and contempt for default or breach of bail conditions Dec. 4. He had a court date of Dec. 5 on the allegations.
• Albert Novak, 44, of 99 River Road, New Ipswich, charged with theft by deception on Dec. 4. He was given $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a Jan. 2 court date on the charge.
• Kyle Stanley Dewispelaere, 25, of 85 Ridgefield Drive, Milford, charged Dec. 5 on alleged traffic offenses and arrested on warrant. He has a Jan. 2 court date.
• Ronald Merton Brown, 45, of 3 Cottage St., Milford, charged Dec. 5 with alleged traffic offenses and arrested on warrant. He was released to the Mont Vernon police department.
• Tyler J. Pickard, 19, of 217 Route 13, Brookline, charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, transporting alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession of a controlled drug, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle Dec. 6. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a Jan. 2 court date.
• Police picked up a juvenile Dec. 6 for unlawful possession of alcohol and released the person to a responsible party.
• Christopher Richard Watson, 24, of 163 Ridgefield Drive, Milford, arrested on a bench warrant for alleged traffic offenses Dec. 7 and has a Jan. 2 court date to answer to the charges.
• Robert A. Thistle, 37, of 27 Preston Terrace, Nashua, arrested Dec. 8 on a bench warrant for alleged traffic offenses and had a scheduled court date on the allegations Dec. 10.
