Milford Police Charge Man with Rape

The following are arrests from the Milford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Richard K. Hall, 62, of no fixed address given, Milford, charged Nov. 27 with aggravated felonious sexual assault/statutory rape, three counts of simple assault, unlawful possession of a controlled drug, and tampering with witness and/or informants, and given a court date of Dec. 6 on the allegations.

• Alan H. Boilard, 51, of 344 Elm St., Apt. 25, Milford, charged with conduct after an accident on Nov. 29. He has a court date of Dec. 19.

• Braden S. Reyna, 41, of 578 Isaac Frye Hwy, Wilton, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Dec. 1, released on $600 personal recognizance bail, and given a Dec. 19 court date.
