Milford Police Log: Assault, Stolen Property

The Milford Police Department's activity arrest log includes the following:

• Tina M. Cutter, 53, of 15 Vine St., Milford, charged with operating with suspended registration on Oct. 11. She was released on $400 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 5 court date.

• Kevin James Wheeler, 26, of 6 Orange St., Milford, charged with receiving stolen property, and arrested on a warrant for traffic charges, on Oct. 12. His bail was set at $10,000 cash and he was scheduled to appear in court on the allegations on Oct. 15.

• Scott A. McDonald, 37, of 39A North St., Milford, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention, on Oct. 13. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 5 court date.

• Michael Arthur Pelletier, 54, of 468 River Road, Weare, charged with driving while intoxicated and an open container violation on Oct. 13. He was released on $600 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 5 court date.

• Jason C. Bolduc, 19, of 27 Wellesley Drive, Milford, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol on Oct. 13. He was released on $600 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 5 court date on the charges.

• Martin F. Bliss, 39, of 511 Nashua St., Apartment 3, Milford, charged with simple assault on Oct. 14. He was given $1,500 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 5 court date on the charge.

• Kimberly Ann Brousseau, 29, of 640 W. Hollis St., Nashua, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 14. She was given $1,200 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 5 court date on the charge.
