Milford Police Log: DWI Arrests, Assaults

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's arrest log through Oct. 8:

• Oct. 4 – bench warrant arrest on traffic charges for James David Jr., 38, of 6 Johnson St., Milford. 

• Oct. 5 – Megan W. Cummings, 28, of 395 Knobcone Dr, #205, Loveland, CO, charged with resisting arrest or detention. She has a court date scheduled for Oct. 31.

• Oct. 5 – Erin W. Barber, 25, of 32 Whitney Dr, Greenfield, arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and open container violation. She has a court date of Oct. 31 to answer to the charges.

• Oct. 6 – Eric T. Hunter, 35, of 207 Union Square, Apt. #6, arrested and charged with simple assault and alleged sexual assault/ "forcible fondling" and has an Oct. 31 court date on the charges.

• Oct. 7 – Dylan James Kobelenz, 18, of 29 Capron Road, Apt. 79, Milford, arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drugs, failure to obey inspection requirements and driving in violation of a youth operator's license (1 to 5 a.m.). He has an Oct. 31 court date on the allegations.

• Oct. 7 – Peter Merlon Collymore, 45, of 95 Powers St., Milford, arrested and charged with simple assault, domestic disturbance, and disorderly conduct and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31 to answer to the charges.
