Police Log: Local Arrests on Traffic Offenses

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's arrest log on Oct. 8, 2012:

• Oct. 1 reported, Joshua L. Newman, 27, of 20 Wilton Road, Mont Vernon, arrested and charged with false fire alarm - aiding/abetting, and disorderly conduct. He has a court date of Oct. 22 for the alleged offenses.

• Oct. 3 reported, Jeffrey D. Yule, 29, of 99 Powers St., Apt. 167, Milford, arrested and charged with simple assault, along with charges of contempt for breach of bail conditions in connection with alleged criminal trespass. He has a court date of Oct. 31.

• Oct. 4 reported, Matthew G. Williams, 24, of 501 Nashua St., Apt. 303, Milford, arrested and charged in connection with alleged traffic offense. 

• Oct. 4 reported, Charles B. Boyer, 18, of 93 West St., Apt. 12, Milford, arrested and charged with taking without one's consent and allegedly operating without a valid license.
