Local Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's arrest log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Sherry L. Johnson, 37, of 154 South St., Apt #7, Milford, arrested on a bench warrant for traffic charges, on Nov. 6. She was released on $385 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 15 court date.
• Joseph Gary Johnson, 36, of 504 Nashua St., Milford, charged with first and second degree, aggravated assault, and criminal threatening on Nov. 7. He was released on $5,000 cash bail and has a Nov. 28 court date on the charges.
• Dominiq M. Russell, 22, of 61 Valhalla Drive, Milford, charged with traffic offenses Nov. 8 and released to Merrimack Police Department.
• Richard F. Cooley, 26, of 599 Mason Road, Apt. #0, Milford, charged Nov. 9 with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, four counts of unlawful possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, and sale of a controlled/narcotic drug. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13 on the charges.
• Samantha J. A. Bark, 21, of 131 London Court, Merrimack, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Nov. 10. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has a Dec. 12 court date.
• Jesse D. Brill, 20, of 8 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Milford, charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a controlled drug, and tail light and reflectors violation, on Nov. 10. He was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and has a Dec. 12 court date.
