Woman Charged with Forgery, Theft

The Milford Police Department's arrest log includes the following items released Nov. 26:

• Lauren B. Phillips, 27, of 503 Merrimack St., Manchester, charged Nov. 24 with theft, two counts of forgery, and two counts of receiving stolen property. She was released on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court on the charges on Nov. 26.

• Matthew T. Clough, 18, of 169 Turkey Hill Road, Merrimack, was charged Nov. 19 with criminal threatening and harassment via phone and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He has a Jan. 16 court date on the allegations.

• Mari E. Chapman, 33, of 31 West St., Apt. #1, Milford, charged Nov. 19 with attempt to commit robbery, simple assault, and false report to law enforcement and released on $5,000 bail, with a Dec. 17 court date.

• Patrick S. Thompson, 24, of 544 Forest/Route 31 Road, Apt. #2, Lyndeborough, charged Nov. 20 with theft from a building and released on $200 personal recognizance bail, with a court date of Dec. 17.
