Milford Police Make Drug Arrests

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's latest arrest log, released Jan. 28. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Jason D. Alofs, 22, of 124 Falcon Crest, Manchester, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Jan. 22. He has a Feb. 13 court date.
• Ethan James Williams, 22, of 504 Nashua St., Apt. 303, Milford, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug  and was arrested on a warrant for traffic offenses Jan. 22. He awaits a Feb. 13 court date.
• Richard David Morgan, 19, of 16 Grove St., Apt. 2, Milford, charged with burglary and receiving stolen property Jan. 23. 
• Christopher J. Parker, 38, of 6 Cottonwood, Merrimack, charged with conduct after an accident Jan. 24 and awaits a Feb. 27 court date.
• Michael David Merrill, 47, of 484 Daniel Webster Highway, Apt. C, Merrimack, charged with issuing bad checks and was arrested on a warrant Jan. 24. 
• Jeremy M. Franzen, 34, of 95 Powers St., Apt. 29, Milford, charged with unauthorized documents and plates Jan. 25. He has a Feb. 27 court date to answer to the charge.
• Matthew W. Billings, 24, of 50 South Main St., Stonington, Maine, charged with criminal mischief, possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, disorderly conduct and driver's license prohibitions. 
• Andrew J. Squires, 53, of 6 Marshall St., Milford, charged with false inspection or registration sticker on his vehicle Jan. 26. He has a court date of Feb. 27 to answer to the charge.
• Peter Scott Bussiere, 18, of 233 Old Temple Road, Lyndeborough, charged with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug Jan. 27 and awaits a Feb. 27 court date on the charge.
