Police Make DWI, Drug Arrests

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department arrest log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Gerald G. Day III, 28, of 111 Old Brookline Road, Apt. 13, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension on Nov. 13. He has a Dec. 12 court date.
• Shannon M. Rogers, 36, of 57 Elm St., Apt. 4, Milford, charged with suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension on Nov. 16. She has a Dec. 12 court date.
• William C. Edwards, 27, of 18 Russell St., Apt. B, Wilton, charged with counts of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle on Nov. 16. He has a Dec. 12 court date on the charges.
• Eden M. Popex, 18, of 20 Highfields Road, Wilton, charged on Nov. 16 with a yellow-line violation, driving in violation of a youth operating license hours, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug and has a Dec. 12 court date on the allegations.
• Erik W. Anderson, 45, of 10 Chestnut St., Apt. 1108, Exeter, charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and transporting an alcoholic beverage Nov. 17 and has a Dec. 12 court date.
• Lyndon A. Pratt, 18, of 529 Nashua St., Apt. 50, Milford, charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and contempt for default or breach of bail conditions Nov. 17.
• Kevin E. Lavery, 43, of 11 Woodland Drive, Brookline, charged with driving while intoxicated on Nov. 18 and has a Dec. 12 court date.
• Allen R. Crandlemere, 29, of 22 Elm St., Apt. B, Milford, charged with suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension Nov. 18 and has a Dec. 12 court date.
