Romney to Rally in Milford

The Republican presidential nominee visits the Hampshire Dome to woo NH voters Tuesday.

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will speak at the Hampshire Dome in Milford when he returns to New Hampshire on Tuesday to woo voters a week from Election Day.

The candidate had originally been scheduled to speak in Manchester. The Romney campaign announced the itinerary change Saturday.

The Romney rally at the Hampshire Dome is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 7:45 pm., with doors opening at 5:45 p.m.

New Hampshire remains one of about 10 battleground states and the race for the state's four Electoral College votes is fierce. Polls show the race tightening in the final days.

The most recent poll, released Friday by New England College in Henniker, N.H., found a statistical tie between President Obama and Romney.

Obama is campaigning in Nashua on Saturday, his sixth visit to the state in 2012. 

Among a flurry of major campaign appearances, Ann Romney is scheduled to speak at a rally Monday at 4 p.m. McIntrye ski area in Manchester.
