Nashua Man Indicted on Drug Charges
A roundup of recent indictments from Hillsborough County Superior Court.

In the month of September, the following individuals who are currently incarcerated were indicted:
Carlos Albarran, of Willow Street, in Manchester, was indicted on witness tampering and two counts of stalking (domestic violence related). It is alleged that on June 30, on Spring Street in Nashua, he called a woman and told her that his lawyer told him that if she didn’t go to court, he would get to go home, and also allegedly begged her not to appear in court on July 9. He was also indicted after allegedly stalking the same woman on July 11, after she had a protective order against him.
Devo Bowes, of Central Street in Nashua, was indicted for possession of a controlled drug, second offense, and possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. It’s alleged that on June 19, Bowes was in possession of three alprazolam pills and 0.5 grams of fentanyl after previously being convicted on Dec. 12, 2013, in Merrimack District Court.

Thomas F. Cavanaugh, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on a felony stalking charge after in August, allegedly knowingly engaging in contact with a woman in Litchfield.
Miguel Cruz Centeno, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on an armed robbery, burglary, theft, and criminal threatening charges. It’s alleged that on June 14, Centeno robbed money and jewelry from a Nashua couple in their dwelling. Centeno allegedly displayed a hatchet during the robbery.

Anthony Farmer, of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on conspiracy to armed robbery, a felony, and criminal liability to second-degree assault. Farmer allegedly provided a loaded firearm to another man in order to rob a large quantity of marijuana from a third man in Nashua. During the robbery, the third man was shot in the head.
Raymond Ferragamo Jr., of Willow Street in Manchester, was indicted on tampering witnesses, criminal solicitation to commit falsifying physical evidence, and stalking charges. It is alleged that on July 1, in Milford, he purposely attempted to induce a woman to write a letter about a case and requested the person destroy evidence with a case he was involved in. He was also not supposed to contact the woman but allegedly had.
