NH Fugitive Caught in South Carolina: NH AG

Peter Giandalone of Chesterfield is now in custody, according to officials.

CONCORD, NH – The hunt for Peter Giandalone is over but the death of John Giandalone is still ongoing.

That’s the word from Peter Hinckley, a senior assistant attorney general this afternoon after Peter Giandalone, 23, who has been on the lam since July 13, 2016, was reportedly caught and detained in South Carolina.

Hinckley noted in a press statement on July 18, 2016, that Peter Giandalone was arrested yesterday on a theft by unauthorized taking warrant issued by the Chesterfield Police Department after the suspicious death of John Giandalone.

“Mr. Giandalone is expected to be returned to New Hampshire within the next several days,” Hinckley noted.

The investigation into John Giandalone’s death – now a homicide, due to a neck wound, “is ongoing,” he stated.
