NHSP Seek Assistance with Armed Robbery Incident
Western New Hampshire store robbed last night.

On July 12, 2015 at approximately 7:36 p.m., New Hampshire State Police Troopers from Troop C responded to a report of an armed robbery at Mac’s Convenience Store, 1035 Route 12 in Westmoreland.
According to a press report, the investigation revealed a white male subject brandished a club and a knife and demanded money from the clerk on duty. He was observed to be approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall with a stocky build, a beard and dark hair, and was wearing a black and white Nike baseball cap, a gray sweatshirt, black Adidas shorts and flip-flops.
The suspect was reported to have fled the area on foot, headed northbound, according to police.

Troopers utilized a police K9 and conducted a track which lead a short distance away. It is believed at this point the suspect may have left the area in a vehicle.
The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Troopers on scene were assisted by officers from the Keene Police Department.
