Alleged Nashua, Merrimack Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County

Plus, a Leominster woman was indicted for burglary, forgery, and stalking, while Lawrence, Wilton residents were indicted on drug charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Jesse Sanders, 27, pictured far left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 18, 2016, in Nashua.

Anthony Santiago, 25, pictured upper left, of South Broadway in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Jan. 3, 2017, in Nashua.

Corey Scruton, 26, pictured upper right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 28, 2016, in Nashua.

Wayne Theriault, 30, pictured upper center, of an unknown address, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 25, 2017, in Nashua.

Dashonne Thomas, 42, of Donna Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Aug. 31, 2016, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of controlled drugs in July 2002, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Vicki Uran, 36, pictured lower left, of Fourth Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Farrah Vander-Heyden, 35, pictured lower center, of Russell Street in Wilton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Feb. 22, 2017, in Nashua.

Joshua Vieira, 32, pictured lower right, of Derry Street in Merrimack, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 20, and Feb. 21, 2017, in Nashua.

Tyler Welsh, 27, of an unknown address in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent and resisting arrest allegedly on Jan. 5, 2017, in Nashua. Welsh, according to the indictment, was convicted of possession in Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2012.

Cheryl Whitney, 48, of Marita Street in Leominster, MA, for burglary and forgery, both felonies, as well as stalking, allegedly on Feb. 23, 2017, in Hudson.
