Less than 10 minutes later, another officer, patrolling the area of Greeley Street, observed a motor vehicle driving north on the Daniel Webster Highway with what appeared to be fresh damage on the passenger side of the vehicle. The officer followed the vehicle and allegedly noticed erratic driving.

The officer also allegedly noticed a quantity of marijuana in plain view. Pottier was arrested without incident and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for booking.

“During an inventory of her property, she was found to be in possession of Xanax, Alprazolam, and other paraphernalia,” Cassell added. “Due to Pottier resisting during the booking procedure, she was also charged with resisting detention.”

Pottier was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Aug. 10.

Previously, according to posts on Patch, Pottier was involved in a crash on the Daniel Webster Highway in October 2013.
