Temple, Keene Residents Die in Wilton Crash
State Police release the names of two who lost their lives yesterday on Route 101 near Milford; are asking for assistance with the case.

On December 5, 2015, at approximately 4:28 p.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred on Route 101 in the town of Wilton, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
Wilton Police and Fire and Rescue teams responded to the crash at which time it was determined that both operators sustained fatal injuries and were deceased at the scene.
The New Hampshire State Police were contacted and requested to assist with the investigation.

“The preliminary investigation and witness statements indicate that prior to the collision one vehicle was headed eastbound and one was headed westbound,” according to Bryan Plamondon. “The eastbound vehicle crossed into the westbound lane and subsequently struck the westbound vehicle in nearly a head on fashion.”
The eastbound vehicle was identified as a white 2011 Lincoln MKZ sedan which was operated by Marcus Harmon, 31, of Keene. The westbound vehicle was identified as a blue 1996 Subaru Legacy wagon which was operated by Wendy Davis, 67, of Temple.

As a result of the collision and subsequent investigation a section of Route 101 from Wilton Road in the town of Milford to Island Street in the Town of Wilton was closed for several hours. Assistance on scene included the Milford Police Department and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
