Town Residents In Milford Go To The Polls On March 13

The polls will be open on Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the town and school budget and candidate voting.

MILFORD, NH — Voters in Milford go to the polls on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Voting will be held from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Milford Middle School on Osgood Road. Seven candidates have announced that they are running for two Board of Selectmen’s seats. The candidates are Christopher Labonte, James Powers, Christopher Skinner, Gary Daniels, Paul Dargie, Mark Fougere, and Suzanne Fournier.

Two candidates are running for a single Cemetery Trustee seat: Mary Dickson and George Hoyt.

Two candidates are also running for Supervisor of the Check List, a six-year term. They are Darlene Bouffard and George Skuse.

Town voters will also decide whether or not to approve a $14 million budget. The default budget is about $2,400 less, according to officials.

Voters will also decide whether or not to approve a nearly $41.3 million school budget. If that budget is rejected, the default budget will be $41.4 million.
