Two Arrested After DWI Crash on Dow Road: Log
Milford Police: Wilton habitual offender arrested and a Brookline man was charged with issuing bad checks.

MILFORD, NH — Joseph A. Mooneyhan, 57, of Pead Hill Road in Wilton, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for operating after being certified as a habitual offender, misuse/failure to display plates, and uninspected vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Old Wilton Road and Hitchiner Way.

Kristi Hultslander, 30, of Ashby State Road in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and open container. She was arrested after a check the welfare call to Route 101.

Samuel L. Adams, 20, of Belleview Drive in Amherst, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, transporting an alcoholic beverage by a minor, reckless conduct, and open container. Also arrested was Dakota A. Dickey, 21, of Ames Road in Brookline, for falsifying physical evidence, prohibited sales, and open container. They were arrested after a crash on Dow Road.
Caleigh Buskey, 27, of Old Wilton Road in Milford, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and a warrant after a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street.

Philip A. Locke, 45, of West End Highway in Wilton, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and two driving while intoxicated counts after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101. Also arrested was Joshua W. McNally, 37, of Cleveland Hill Road in Brookline, for two counts of issuing bad checks.
