2013 At Large Candidate Forum Video
Nashua's Alderman At Large Candidates deliver remarks, and have Q&A session at Ward 7 public meeting. Full video coverage of their remarks, and as many questions and answers as one modest smart phone could hold. Voting day is November 5th!

Last night I had the opportunity to attend the Ward 7 public meeting, which featured a speaking portion, and a Q&A portion with all 6 of this year's candidates for Alderman At Large.
I understand that we all have busy lives, and sometimes it is tough to have all of the information regarding public meetings that we might like to know about and attend. There were about a dozen folks in attendance, so I decided to get video to share with anyone who might be interested to hear from all of the candidates. I happened to find out about it through someone sharing the event info on the Nashua, NH Civic Sounding Board on Facebook.
I was able to record the portion of the meeting about Nashua's new emergency alert system "Code Red", all of the candidates remarks, and a portion of the Q&A session before I ran out of storage. The candidate remarks begin at the 25 minute mark. You can sign up for land line and cell phone emergency alerts for "Code Red" here.
One component that I believe is vital to a thriving city is an informed voter base, specifically with regard to our local races. Much of the media that we have access to focuses on the national political conversation. However, the decisions we make locally have a greater impact on our day to day quality of life. So, please feel free to pass this along to friends, family, and neighbors here in Nashua.
In the spirit of full disclosure, and as a shameless plug, my name is Paul Shea and I am running for Ward 3 Alderman. We can connect at my candidate Facebook page here, or at my website, ElectPaulShea.com
