My name is Marisa and I am a Reiki II Practioner and a Angel Card Reader. I have been doing both Reiki and Readings for a little over a year now and it truly is my passion!
For those who are wondering what Reiki is, it really is very simple yet so wonderfully amazing with so many health benefits! Reiki is a gentle hands on healing modality that promotes relaxation, relieves stress, alleviates pain such as headaches and common body aches and gently brings your body back into balance. This is done by gently "laying of hands" and drawing upon the Universal Energy that flows through us and surrounds us all. When our body's life force energy becomes "low", we can become tired and weak, physically and mentally stressed, which then can cause illness to occur, such as a cold, feeling run down, anxiety and depression.... When we restore our Life force energy and center our body we feel good, have more energy and have a more positive and upbeat attitude!
We live in a world that can be so demanding, chaotic and busy that we often forget to take care and nurture ourselves and ENJOY life!
