6 Years After Nashua Burglary, New York Man Charged, Police Say
Eddie Perez-Cepeda, 44, was arrested Thursday.

The following is from Nashua police:
On February 19, 2015 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Eddie Perez-Cepeda, age 44, of 310 Grand Avenue, apartment 1, Amsterdam, New York for Burglary, Class B Felony. In addition to the Burglary charge, Perez-Cepeda also had an outstanding arrest warrant charging him with a probation violation with the original charge being Robbery.
On June 23, 2009 at approximately 7:25 PM, the Nashua Police Department received a report of a Burglary that occurred at 5 Sawyer Street, Nashua. The victim reported that forced entry was made into his residence and that several items from within the residence had been stolen.

In July of 2014 Eddie Perez-Cepeda was developed as a suspect. The ongoing investigation revealed that Perez-Cepeda was responsible for committing the Burglary. An arrest warrant was obtained based on the ongoing investigation and he was ultimately located in NY and taken into custody.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Perez-
Cepeda is being held pending his arraignment at the 9th Court on February 20, 2015 Circuit-District Division-Nashua.
