A Tribute to Bella (Isabella Brooke Knightly) My Stolen Granddaughter D.O.B. 8-31-05

This is a Tribute to my precious Granddaughter Isabella, called Bella by the Stranger's who were allowed to ILLEGALLY adopt her, by Nashua, NH DCYF and Judge James Patten of the Hillsborough Probate Court in March of 2008.Judge Patten is responsible for terminating the rights of a man who is NOT Isabella's Father. Her Father was denied Paternity testing and denied the right to challenge the ILLEGAL adoption. He was never even contacted by the Court's and never given the right to fight for his daughter.Judge Patten received a notarized Affidavit from Isabella's Mother, BEFORE she was ILLEGALLY adopted, giving Isabella's Father's name after finding out DCYF gave the wrong name. Two day's later Judge Patten granted the ILLEGAL adoption of Isabella, claiming he never received the Affidavit. That's odd, but the Affidavit was part of an Objection Brief filed by Rebecca Woodard of the NH Attorney Generals Office. If Judge Patten never received it, how did it get into the Objection Brief?  Gotcha again Judge Patten!This isn't the first time Judge Patten has granted the ILLEGAL adoptions of children in Nashua. There are many more whose Father's rights were never terminated. DCYF and Judge Patten have made it a practice of never notifying the REAL Father's. They believe terminating the rights of  fictitious fathers makes it all the easier and faster to adopt out the ILLEGALLY Stolen children. Children who are never placed with Family member's. Children stolen from falsely accused parent's. Grandparents SLANDERED by Nashua DCYF! After all, there's more money in it if the child is placed with Foster Stranger's instead of Family.Isabella's 8th birthday is coming up on August 31st. Another birthday without our precious Granddaughter. Stolen ILLEGALLY and adopted ILLEGALLY. Some day she will see all of her pictures and learn of all the deceitful practices used in her ILLEGAL kidnapping and ILLEGAL adoption. When she turns eighteen, I hope she sues the pant's off her kidnapper's for holding her hostage from her REAL Family. We love you Isabella and always will. We will never give up on you and this fight for your return. After all, your REAL Family gave you life. Your life stolen to benefit DCYF and the barren couple who hold you hostage!
This picture we received of our little Bella at the TPR in July 2007Notice how her hair was cut and her ear's were pierced, without permission from her Mother of course, because Foster stranger's can do no wrong.Also, this picture was taken in Day Care, which the State paid for with Tax payer dollars, from what I was told, while the Foster wife was babysitting other children in her home.What a racket. The State pay's for stranger's to raise our stolen children, along with many other perks, all at the tax payers expense, along with medicaid AND Day Care. And what do they do for REAL Families? Nothing! There are NO services to keep children in their own homes. Check the Governor's transparency website for yourselves. 0 dollars are used for services, yet DCYF is rewarded quite handsomely for EVERY child stolen from their REAL families by the Federal Govt. known as Title IV funding. Wouldn't it make more sense for the Federal Govt. to only reward DCYF for every Family kept together? When do they do anything that makes sense?
