Aggravated DUI, Sex Assault, Public Drinking: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — The following are excerpts from the Nashua police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Monday, December 5

• A 19-year-old from Seabrook was charged with driving after revocation and disobeying a police officer.
• Brittney Tremblay, 22, of Nashua, was charged with assault and domestic violence.
• Michael Holland, 42, of Nashua, was charged with several counts of assault.

Tuesday, December 6

• Ellen Toomey, 58, of Nashua, was charged with DUI and aggravated DUI. Police said she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 or higher.
• Convicted sex offender Eric Cousens, 46, of Nashua, was charged with violating the terms of the sex offender registry.
• Dominic Carroll-Nwokeji, 22, of Nashua, was charged with criminal mischief and assault.
• Anthony Maestre, 27, of Nashua, was charged with public drinking.

Wednesday, December 7

• Daniel Mullane, 73, of Nashua, was charged with sexual assault.
