Alleged Lip Biter Back in Nashua
Fernando Anton extradited from California, according to police.

A Nashua man wanted for felony domestic assault for allegedly biting a woman is back in New Hampshire after being caught in California.
Fernando Anton, 23, was located last month by U.S. Marshals in San Diego, CA, and arrived back in Nashua on Dec. 10, according to police.
Anton was wanted for allegedly biting his ex-girlfriend during an early morning incident in late September.

Police were called to the woman’s home after she alleged that Anton broke into the residence and assaulted her and her boyfriend.
“Anton bit both victims during the altercation and the female suffered a severe injury to her lip as a result,” according to Lt. David Bailey. “Both parties were transported to the Southern NH Medical Center for treatment and were later discharged.”

Anton faces numerous charges including felony first-degree assault, felony domestic violence burglary, felony second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and breach of bail conditions. He faces more than 37 years in prison if convicted.
