Alleged Sexual Assaulter Extradited from California
Gabriel Finn allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in March 2014.

On Dec. 10, the Nashua Police Department arrested Gabriel J. Finn, 25, last known address of Congress Street in Nashua, on an active arrest warrant for aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Finn was located and arrested in Santa Barbara, CA, on Nov. 11, and extradited back to Nashua on Dec. 10.
In March 2014 a female known to Finn reported that Finn sexually assaulted her at a location in Nashua.

The investigation was furthered by members of the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division. As a result of a several month investigation, Finn was subsequently charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, Class A Felony, and an arrest warrant was completed for Finn.
Finn has refused bail at this time and was arraigned in 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on Dec. 11. A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, exclusive of fines.
