Man Allegedly Passed Bad Checks in 3 Towns

Jared Warren, 25, of 238 Gilsum Mine Road, Alstead, was arrested June 20 on several outstanding warrants for Forgery and Theft. 

After an investigation by Nashua Police, a warrant was completed for Warren for two counts of forgery, a class B Felony. Warren is charged with passing two forged checks at a Nashua Bank.

Warren is also wanted by the Bedford Police Department and the Derry Police Department for warrants charging him with forgery and theft.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment. Warren is currently being held at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment at the 9^th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on the 21^st of June, 2012.
