The campaign said the open forum is part of Williams' continuing town hall series and is intended for Southern Hillsborough County residents.

The campaign described the event as an unscripted conversation about issues facing New Hampshire and the nation, reflecting the candidate's commitment to accessibility, transparency, and accountability by giving every Granite Stater the opportunity to ask questions directly — without pre-screened topics or scripted answers.

Williams lives in Weare and has worked as an entrepreneur, educator, and community leader. She was the Republican nominee in 2024 and received 47 percent of the general election vote against Maggie Goodlander for the open seat. The campaign said the result brought her closer than any Republican has come in more than a decade to flipping the 2nd District.
