St. Joseph Hospital will be showcasing the new round of local artists for their Art Reach Project at a Community Art Reception on Thursday, June 13, from 6:00-8:00pm in the St. Joseph Hospital Atrium. Attendees will have a chance to view the art located in the upper Atrium and main hallway of the hospital and discuss the projects with the artists. Featured artists include Audrey Augun, Ruth Axtell, Suzanne Binnie, Denise M. Coll, Ken Fiery, Tom Fleming, Tina Gagnon, Gay Gawron, Samina Iqbal, Sandra J. Martin, Bil Palmer, Ron Plante, Christine Ryan and Angela Sanscrainte.
Art Reach is a collaboration between St. Joseph Hospital and the local art community to harness the healing power of the arts. St. Joseph Hospital partnered with Ruth Axtell from New England Art Reach to create and inspire healing design through the arts for display in the atrium and the first floor of the hospital.
