Nashua Business on Main Street Closing

The Silverlight Candle & Gift Shoppe at 213 Main Street will close its doors on January 31 after 14 months in business. Huge discounts.

Gary Dorion, who owned/operated the store with his wife, Uraiwan, said that the combination of the sidewalk reconstruction along with the September closing of the building’s anchor store - Aubuchon Hardware - by Aubuchon Realty (the couple’s then landlord) made Silverlight’s operation untenable.

Dorion said he would continue to conduct writing classes and tutoring that he had begun at the rear of the store last November. Please call him at 917-374-2544 for appointments or email him at dorion9@gmail.com for details. You can also view several other recent Patch Nashua articles by Dorion. He is a former New York City teacher of English, ESL, History and Journalism.

In addition, Dorion is an author and just today published his latest historical fiction novel - Jack: Part 1 in the Trilogy. Orders are being taken at his Selz web store: http://selz.co/181xmqE
