Arrest in Nashua Jewelry Theft
Convicted thief Justin Spencer, of Nashua, was arrested again.
NASHUA, NH — The third time was not the charm for a twice-convicted Nashua thief, according to police. Justin Spencer, 28, of Nashua, was arrested Thursday for allegedly stealing jewelry from a local residence then selling the items at a local pawn shop. Police said he stole the jewelry in May.
Spencer has two previous theft convictions, police said. In this case, he was charged with felony receiving stolen property.
Spencer was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
