Charged With Perjury for Lying in Court
Police said Steve Ducharme presented false documents in court not once, but twice, and stuck to his false story.

Steve Ducharme, 39, of 58 Truell Road, Hollis, was arrested Oct. 23, charged with two counts of perjury, a felony, and two counts falsifying physical evidence.
Police said on Oct. 9, Ducharme had given false testimony during an official court proceeding at Nashua District Court and presented a forged document as evidence of his false statements.
The trial was continued to October 19, 2012 at which time Ducharme again
affirmed his previously made false statements and again presented the forged document after having it notarized.

Bail was set at $2,000 cash or surety pending his arraignment at Nashua District Court on November 14, 2012.
