Nashua Crash On Everett Turnpike: 1 Seriously Hurt
A bad crash in Nashua on the Everett Turnpike Wednesday at about 5:20 p.m. resulted in one injury and caused long traffic delays.
NASHUA, NH — A driver was seriously hurt in a crash in Nashua on the Everett Turnpike Wednesday night. The crash happened on the southbound side of the highway near Exit 6 around 5:20 p.m. when a red passenger vehicle flipped on its side. There were long traffic backups on both sides of the highway for at least an hour.
Firefighters reportedly used cutting equipment to free the driver. It was unclear if there were any others in the vehicle. The crash scene was cleared by 6 p.m., state transportation officials said. Only one vehicle was involved in the crash.
