The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) a program of Southern New Hampshire Services has scheduled an all-day workshop to qualify volunteer trainers for their Bone Builders - osteoporosis exercise program.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday, October. 9 from 9am to 3pm at Davidson Landing, 145 Ledge St, Nashua, NH. The free workshop includes lunch.

Those trained at the workshop will lead Bone Builders programs in either Nashua or Manchester.

Anyone interested in taking the training and become a volunteer instructor should call Dee Martin at 668-8010 x 6022 or email dmartin@snhs.org to reserve their space. No experience is necessary.
Medical research shows that the RSVP Bone Builders program prevents the development of osteoporosis and can even reverse the effects of the disease. A balance component is designed to avoid fractures that often result from the disorder.
