Boston Organist Opens First Music's Seventh Season

Colin Lynch, organ, a nationally-acclaimed concert artist, offers POPS for PIPES - V, as part of the First Music Concert Series.

A tour-de-force through audience-friendly organ literature featuring works by Bach, Dupré, Whitlock, Widor and others.

Whether a featured artist at the National Convention of the American Guild of Organists, or at the console of church music powerhouse Trinity Church in Boston, Colin Lynch is one of the premiere organists of his generation.

Join us as Lynch puts the 1926 Anderson Memorial Organ (Austin Organ Co. – Opus 1406) through its paces, just weeks before the magnificent pipe organ begins its long-anticipated restoration and tonal expansion.

The audience-friendly program continues in the best tradition of First Music’s (season seven) opener!
