Exclusive Buyer Agent Expands Home Buyer Services to Greater Nashua, NH Area

Montague is now a licensed real estate broker in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State of New Hampshire. In New Hampshire, she services Nashua, Hollis, Hudson and surrounding areas.
Besides New Hampshire, Montague helps first-time and experienced home buyers purchase properties in Dunstable, MA and surrounding Massachusetts communities, including Groton, Pepperell, Tyngsborough, and Ayer.

Montague graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1999. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2006 and her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University Law School in 2009.
Montague is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire; however, she works full time as an exclusive buyer agent.
Montague currently owns a home in Dunstable, MA where she lives with her family.
