How to Fix the Federal Government

Step No. 1 is to vote all these people out of office.

Everyone on Facebook has one or two friends that are overly enthusiastic about guns, but ninety-one percent of us wanted the background checks. We did not get them because for a long time the federal government has not worked for us.  For example the NRA donated since 1990 to Roy Blunt (R-Missouri) $60,550 in campaign contributions; Saxby Chambliss (R-Georgia) $56,950; John Thune (R-South Dakota) $48,605; and Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) at $46,600. Corporations hand out much larger amounts of money, but listed below are the senators who are clearly ruled by bribes.

A good number of politicians vote based upon what campaign contributions they receive from special interest groups.  They do not represent the people who voted for them. This is taxation without representation. Our representatives represent special interest groups and the 1 percent to pay for re-election commercials. Democracy has been replaced by “Corpocracy,” We are a society that is dominated politically and economically by large corporations. Low minimum wage means that we pay for food stamps for people that are employed at places like Walmart. Health care costs are mostly unregulated. “Non-profit” hospitals charge insane amounts of money for procedures, and it all ends up in the pockets of a few.

Below is a list that contains the names of senators that should be voted out of office. The backlash of disapproval has motivated some senators to put together another similar bill for gun control. It is too late because we now know who they are, and please do not forget who they are. Bravo to people like David Letterman, who put a spotlight on each of them in his “Stooge of the Night” bits.
