Bain Capital is accused of conspiring to commit bankruptcy fraud guaranteeing Bain Capital could plunder a company they managed with impunity. During the time Romney claimed he was 100% stock holder and paid Bain Capital executive in 2002 - despite his contention that he left active management in 1999. He's lying to someone - his supporters or the SEC, until this is settled in court your guess is a good as mine.

3. And then there's his taxes. Not just the funky one from last year where he deferred a pile so his tax rate wouldn't be at 9%, but...
Using a tax shelter called a CRUT (charitable remainder unitrust) that was held by the Church of Latter Day Saints (Mormons), Gov. Romney was able to pay zero taxes (legally) every single year from 1996 to 2009. Why did he stop in 2009? Perhaps so it wouldn't show on his 2010 tax return? Is this really ethical behavior for the president of the United States?
