Telegraph Got it Wrong: Obama is the Better Choice

The Nashua Telegraph supported Romney today for all the wrong reasons.  

He leads the most divisive GOP ever, unwilling to cooperate at state or national levels.  And he has shown no ability to change that. His flip flopping on issues is pandering, not uniting that nation.  Our southern neighbours have experienced 4 years of Romney leaderships as Governor and decided they don't want him by a 2 to 1 margin - so much for uniting.  His plan for the economy is another taxcut driven credit bubble hoping for sufficient growth to reduce the deficit.   We tried that with Bush Junior and Reagan with record breaking deficits.  

And he wants to deregulate Wall Street again, once more turning it into a bonus generating casino that destroys our pensions, with the Peterffy's of this world reaping billions from a massive wealthtransfer from the middle class. 

President Obama has gotten us out of the biggest economic crisis in our lifetime.

He is building a solid recovery build on middle class wealth creation, manufacturing capacity and sustainability.  

Most importantly,  he got us out of wars and build new international coalitions.  A return to American solo actions with more neocon activism in Iran and Iraq could well return war to the top of the American agenda in 4 years. That would be a very wrong choice.
