Welcome to Averill House Vineyard

Averill House Vineyard is a family owned winery located in the heart of the Historic Ice District of Brookline, New Hampshire.

Here, we restored our 1830's barn with a vision of rustic charm, tradition, and history. We focus on keeping a grape-to-glass philosophy by sourcing grapes from the regions where they grow best, some of which include grapes grown on premise and fruits from all over southern New Hampshire.

We are famous for our wines and Echo Tours of the organic vineyard, production room, winery and our historic 1830's barn turned tasting room.

Hosting events all season long from two to 150. Patron favorites are our Comedy nights, igloo and Gazebo experiences, crafting classes, bridal and baby showers or just relaxing in the outdoor tasting room (weather permitting).

On Select Sundays consider joining the Wine Maker in the entire bottling process. You will see the operation and have the chance to be part of the bottling that day. Start with a guided tour of the winery, vineyard and wine cellar. Bottle your very own bottle of wine, cork and label then enjoy the fruit of your labor with a tasting, charcuterie board with crackers, cheese, nut, and meat. Event includes a AVH Wine Glass.

We have cultivated the experience at the winery with our visitors in mind. We fill each and every space, and amenity, with the love and hospitality that we hold so dear. We hope that our attention to detail and desire to pamper shines through each time you visit.
