A returning favorite among our local yogis, CGF finds two new homes this Winter, and this time, we're closing out EVERY class with a sound bath.

This beloved class invites you to unwind, soften, and reconnect among the gentle glow of candlelight. Closing out your week in peaceful introspection.

Move through a slow, intentional flow designed to release tension from the body and quiet the mind. Each movement is paired with deep, easeful breath and guided presence, creating space for restoration and stillness.

As the practice settles, you'll be guided into stillness for an immersive sound bath experience-where the soothing tones of crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, grounding your nervous system and nurturing deep relaxation.
