Neurodiversity Nashua: Body Doubling

Our group offers a safe, welcoming, and low-pressure space for neurodivergent adults to hang out, connect, and be themselves.

Let's find out if body-doubling really works: Bring a task you’ve been putting off - organizing photos, updating your planner, or cleaning out your inbox - and tackle it alongside others in a supportive environment. Gentle background music and some good company might be just the motivation you need to get started. We'll make sure to take some time to chat and connect, too.   

About Neurodiversity Nashua

Meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Those who attend may participate in the featured activity as much or as little as they are comfortable. A range of sensory toys and aids are available, and we encourage people to join in the conversations as little or as much as they want.
