This upcoming show features current work by Mike Foley and Mark Favermann. Come meet the artists on Saturday, October 31 from 11 AM to 2 PM @ the Andes Institute of Art.
Mike Foley’s photography focuses on flowers, with a particular emphasis on capturing intricate details, shadows, and textures.
Mark Favermann's work for the past several decades has focused on large-scale, functional public art. Over the past 42 months, his creative focus has shifted toward interpreting functional handheld objects and furniture enhancements. Done in series, these sculptural works include tabletop pieces under 12 inches high, as well as small tables and umbrella stands under 20 inches tall. He describes his personal style as "narrative minimalism."
