Drunk Driver Hits Pedestrians in Nashua: Police
Phillip Kannaly, of Massachusetts, was drunk when he struck two people with his vehicle in Nashua, causing serious injuries, police said.
NASHUA, NH — A drunk driver struck two pedestrians on Railroad Square in Nashua Tuesday, police said. The victims, identified only as adults, were seriously hurt. One was listed in critical condition at a Boston-area hospital Tuesday afternoon.
The driver, Phillip Kannaly, 26, of North Billerica, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated DUI and reckless conduct.
Kannaly posted $25,000 bail and will be arraigned Nov. 22 in Nashua District Court, police said.
